In view of the possible delay in postal service owing to the changing global epidemic situation, applicants studying outside Hong Kong can now choose to submit the scanned version / soft copy of their applications by email to csbasd@csb.gov.hk by 19 February 2021. Applicants are required to also submit a recent colour photo taken against a plain background (file format should be JPG, JEPG or PNG; minimum size of the photo should be 413 x 531 pixels).
